You don't have to keep pushing through alone.
Whatever you’re dealing with, you don't have to figure it out alone. You deserve to feel grounded, confident, and fully connected to your life.
Mallory Baldo
MS, NCC, LPC (she/her)
Hi, I'm Mallory! I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel truly heard, not judged, not rushed, just met exactly where they are.
I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, mood challenges, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also love supporting adolescents and young adults with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, helping them build the structure and self-awareness they need to thrive.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic and strength-based approaches. In practice, that means we'll work together to find what actually works for you. There's no one-size-fits-all method here, just a genuine partnership.
I hold a Master of Science from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University, and I've been practicing for over six years. I offer telehealth sessions for added flexibility, so support can fit into your life wherever you are.
Whether you're in the middle of a hard season or simply ready to invest in yourself, I'd love to walk alongside you.

Life doesn't pause while we figure out how to carry it. Whatever you're navigating, you don't have to sort it out alone.
Sessions are warm, collaborative, and paced to you. We'll get honest about what's going on and build tools that actually fit your life. You bring the story; I bring steady presence and a process that moves forward, gently.
I frequently support adults experiencing anxiety and overwhelm, life transitions, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship patterns, and processing the past.

Growing up is its own kind of hard, and it doesn't always come with the words to explain it. Whether your child is struggling at school, your teen is pulling away, or your young adult is finding their footing, they deserve a space that's truly theirs.
I meet young people where they are, building trust through age-appropriate, collaborative sessions — play and creativity for younger clients, honest talk and practical tools for teens and young adults. Parents stay informed and involved, while their child’s privacy is respected.
I frequently support those struggling with big emotions, anxiety, school and social stress, identity and self-esteem, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, family and peer relationships, boundaries, and growing independence.

In keeping with the 2022 No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. I'm happy to provide one after scheduling or at any time upon request.
